I switched insurance thinking that Virgin would be much better boy was I wrong. We suffered a burglary on the 2nd of September and reporting it on the 3rd to Virgin. The agents dealing with the claim (Telesure) sent me one SMS from the day i called in my claim with no email or telephonic updates.
After calling in to find out what is happening I was told that the lady dealing with my claim was on leave, then it was passed on to another agent for processing. I have not had any updates in a week and now I am still waiting...
