Debit Order on incorrect Date

I requested on application of my loan that my account only be debited on the 25th of each month as this is normally when i am paid, It has come to my attention that the debit order has been scheduled for the 14th and it will bounce on that date, if it is debited i will take this further as i stipulated that it be only debited on the 25th of each month, Please rectify and send me proof that it has been fixed, Aswell as an official apology.
