No communication from their Smartphone department

It`s easy for FNB to give out smart phone and attract customers but it seems like the after services for the smart phones and devices isn`t up to date. I phoned in several times just to get an Invoice from this department so I can take my smart phone to Samsungs Head office. FNB doesn't have a repair centre where you can take these devices to be fixed. None of the service providers want to help with these repairs as it wasn't bought through them.

I think they must spend more time on keeping existing customers happy instead of getting new ones.

Didn't take the names of the first 2 people I spoke to, the last communication was with;

Agula - Transferred the call to a manager (after holding 22min) call was dropped
Lindiwe - transferred call to -
Youdghbeer (Manager) - Took down my email address and informed me that there is no communication for public to speak to the people sending out the invoices to the customers. They can only log a query.
