How can we help you more like how can we mess up

I wrote a report last week regarding the bad service we received from FNB they responded with a reference number 265337 & said that they will investigate & get back to me to date i have not received a call or an email from FNB my house was on auction last week & still no communication from them as to what happened nothing, FNB should really change the slogan because i think they only help certain people & not others
