GETTING TIRED OF THIS SERVICE

I really think its time FNB get rid of their"How can we help you" slogan becos they not being of any help instead they are stagnating my house buying. I wrote on hellopeter last week hoping that I will get some results out of them but up until this moment I haven't received confirmation of how much I qualify for I was advised that my complaint is being routed to the right department but up until this moment no one has contacted me, instead I had to make contact with them and follow up but to my surprise I get told they can't see anything on my record of any enquiries when they type in my ID number so really now its either they are trying to imply that I have a very wrong ID number or the people who keep taking down my info and income and expenditure are probably typing this info onto a system that does not exist!! And the worst of all is that each time I have to give a new consultant all this information I'm sure they run ITC checks which in turn is lowering my credit score what's the use of them pretending to help when I get no results. the last person I spoke to was Pearl who said I'll get an email with the amount I qualify for to this moment no email! and no answer to her phone!
