Good Day Sir/Madam

I would like to thank Christopher for the excellent service I received Monday, 25th March!

I called in requesting my FNB card number and although it was not possible to give me that number Christopher did not just end the call.
He proactively asked me the reason why I needed the number and I advised him that I had called in before and was advised by a FNB consultant that I needed the old card number to process an application for my new FNB Platinum cheque card.
He then proceeded by doing a security check and within a couple of minutes he asked me the branch of my preference to which my new card should be delivered to.

Now that's what I call EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Thank you for making my day and for going the extra mile Christopher! It really is nice to know that there's still people out there, who cares and takes their job seriously! Keep up the good work! I know you will make many more people smile!
