SLOW lounge charges inconsistent

I have been using the SLOW lounge Since Oct/Nov 2012 and have always been refunded the charge even though "I had not met criteria" according to your premium banker Norma. I explained to her that it has set a president.

I have now used the SLOW lounge in January 2013 and have been charged R750 for two visits and a guest.

This is unacceptable and would never had used these facilities, never mind take a guest in if I knew I was going to be charged.

I understand you have "criteria" however you cannot use this as and when feel like it to charge your customers once you have made them accustom to another set of "criteria".

unacceptable!!!
