Still No Action

After posting a complaint on this forum, i received a reply almost immediately, to be advised that someone would contact me and was given a reference number.

It is now just over a week and i have still had no further contact from anyone at FNB.
It is obvious that they are not interested in resolving this issue.

As they say " better the devil you know", i guess i should stay with my current bank!!
