How can we NOT help you with your DISPUTE

This is by far the worse service i have received by far.
I work in customer service and i though i had seen it all untill now.

Refer to reference number 362861. This was the reference number i received after logging my complaint on Hello Peter on the 25/10/2013. i was assured that the query would be dealt with a matter of urgency. Guess what my dispute was still not resolved...

i was informed that the the query was escalated to ATM department, however, when i contacted ATM, they informed me that they are not dealing with my case, that i should contact Disputes Department...
I get emails almost every day stating the following: we confirm receipt of your comunication. Please be advised that we will respond to your request within the next 5 business days??? Really!!!

I dont think its my responsibility to call and follow up on the complaint i lodged.
