I am an Absa Platinum customer and would like to compliment (long overdue) Hentie Pretorius from the Absa Woodlands branch for always rendering excellent service.
Two weeks ago I asked her to see if she can reduce the interest rate on my bond and she got back to me in a very reasonable time. I would like to compliment Hentie for her excellent service she always deliver.
