After lodging two complaints regarding cloning of my Absa Ct card, I received follow-up calls from Absa Head Office. More especially, however, I wish to compliment and thank Hentie Pretorius most sincerely for really going the extra mile in having costs (replacement of credit card and other admin charges) against my cheque and credit card accounts reversed. So seldom do we experience outstanding service but I am most grateful to Hentie Pretorius for giving feedback after my queries were emailed to the branch. Furthermore, she ensured that each query was finalised to my satisfaction. Many thanks for her dedicated and professional service - Absa should cherish and suitably reward this calibre of employee!
