I have emailed [Email Removed] (Ref number 2611944) on the 25 November 2013 about unauthorized debits on my account and Stanton van der Merwe wrote back saying a consultant will contact me. I haven't heard from anyone. 7 days and another unauthorized debit later, I email [Email Removed] again and again Stantton replied saying the matter is being escalated and a consultant will contact me. Today is day 8 and i have not heard from Absa. I also emailed [Email Removed] and I have not heard from them either.
I have been a loyal Absa client from 11 years and this is the level of service I get?? It makes me really sad to know that my money is not safe with the very people I have entrusted my bank accounts to and they are not prepared to do anything about my complaints
