So FNB have the ad slogan "How can we help U? " Maybe they should change it to "We CAN'T help U! " On 6 March I signed the docs to change my homeloan to a flexi-homeloan & emailed through the remaining docs before them opening for business on 7/3. This should take 7-10 days. After leaving messages for the consultant I eventually got hold of him on 18/3. At this stage he hadn't done anything, apparently he hadn't received my docs. NOTE 11 days nothing submitted! Again trying to get hold of the consultant on the 20th with no luck I contacted the BRANCH MANAGER, who told me because it was the afternoon and 21 March is a public holiday she would contact me on 22 March. I eventually contacted her at 14:00 and according to her she HAD the answers for me but she could not give me the answers at that time. Right why would U have the answers but not give them? But she still promised to call me 22/03. Consultant called @ 15:45 to let me know he had submitted the documents! Again at 05:10 OH DEAR there was a problem with my homeloan! Initially all the docs had not been submitted! Need to send more docs now! So... NO stress Steve!!! Switch banks??? NO!!! "FNB CAN"T help u"!!!
