Standard Bank
Uninformed of legal action

In April 2012 I changed my contact and address detail (ref 48702737) and also requested if I could lower the premium on vehicle loan and arrange for any outstanding amounts. I was the called by a gentleman (Kordom) on 21 July 2012 apologising for the delay (two months) as he was away on leave.
I emailed back upon receiving an email from Mr Kordom saying and I quote:
"Standard bank is willing to offer assistance. Let me know when we can meet to complete the necessary documentation."
I called him on 074 760 7650 and advised him of my location, upon which he replied that he will get back to me. Since then no word, and today I was informed that there is a court order against me.
NEVER was any legal notification sent to me changed address, other than the call received today.
