8 agents and five phone numbers and stil no help

Good day i require a cession cancellation letter from fnb, upon calling them i noticed a disgusting chain reaction, i would phone and speak to an fnb consultant explain my story and i was either transfered to another consultant or given another number assured the next person would help me, i even had the call cut on me, its like these staff were trained to give you any random fnb number to get out of helping a client, i spoke to 8 different fnb staff i phoned these 5 different fnb numbers and eventually on the last call i was waiting for an answer so long i had to cut it. (0861114422, 0860112244, 0860886655, 0860333381, 0860102398) these are the five different num given by the most incompetent untrained staff ever, i would like someone to contact me regarding my problem asap, as this is an urgent matter.
