Credit card debt has been diligently paid by direct transfer since 2010. Despite many requests for statements and balance sheets, nothing has been received.
A call was made to the recovering attorneys on 8th July, and a very kind lady (Sharon) informed me that the account had been settled in full.
Despite daily telephone calls and emails since 8th July requesting a balance sheet as well as confirmation of settlement, I received a measly letter from Busi Mntambo, "Credit Administrator" at Nedbank confirming "Account has been settled in full" - on 16 july.
No mention of the date on which last payment was received, no amount paid - nothing. Despite daily requests to Ms Mntambo for a balance sheet, To date I have received nothing.
I have had more than one occasion where Nedbank had failed to allocate my monthly payment (which is done via direct transfer) and illegally debited not my monthly instalment of R800.00, but over R2 000.00 each time. Despite many requests to have this resolved, I have not received a single telephone call or email regarding the illegal activities exercised by Nedbank.
