I got an accident with my car 23 december 2012, after three months when i got it back it was not fixed and it is NOT ROAD WORTHY, The hooter is not working, the air bag indicator is always onn, the aircon in not workind and has a terrible sound, Victor Wolmarans of Impala panel beater told me that "my insurance did not pay for hooter and my car is cheap budget car but cunsume to much time as if it was the latest BEnz and he told my insurance that he won't do anything further on my car till they make another authorization", i should take it on with my insurance, The insurance assessor went to inspect the car but the car still faulty, I reported the matter to Donovan Olivier at FNB insurance and also went to FNB branch to report this but he never responded till today.
WHY DO I HAVE CAR INSURANCE IF I WON'T HAVE SERVICE FROM IT. NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL TO SAY WE ARE WORKING ON THIS MATTER. I travelled from Rustenburg to Klerksdorp and from Klerksdorp to Rustenburg for nothing because the panel beater did not do any thing on my car, they say they were doing me favour like they do to all their other clients WHICH THEY NEVER TOLD ME IT WAS A FAVOUR i'd never travel so far for favou
