Sucking service, still waiting for my unfixed car

I was involved in an accident the 4 Dec 13 early hours. Car insurance asked for accident report which i provided with the rest of my particulars concerning my claim. I had to dig them each second day just for a feedback. After 2 weeks they told me they can't fix my car because the quote was too high and therefore they will write it off. Before all this they kept moving my car from one panel beater to another until they said it's in their storage for safety and that's when the trick came now that it can not be fixed.
No body told me we can't fix your car now what can we do? They decided to write it off so they can auction it for them to get fat on my loss, i told them i need my car back they must cancel their insurance and i'll fix it myself. The 20/12/13 they cancelled the insurance but the 21/12/13 they deducted a premium and gave me a letter with 2 lines that i should present to the bank for my refund, who would do that they can't refund me after they robbed me because i call that taking money from me after i have cut the ties. I am still waiting for my car till now i haven't been assisted, they're closing till 24/12/13 till 6/01/14 . My life is standing still meanwhile
