My contractual agreement is to deduct money from my account on 25th of each month, but money was deduction on 22 March. I was told by a call centre team leader that I have to wait 48 hours. She told me that they have a system error... ja right... but this is the 3rd time that money gets deducted from my account prior the 25th. I have a weekend coming up and have sweet... money in my account, because we have incompetent people doing their jobs... But they can pay out loans on the same day
