I have signed an agreement that they could debit my account on the 26th of every month (even though payment is only due on the last day of the month as per their quote / agreement) and they have (once again) taken the money out of my account on the 21st of the month.
This has happened to me 4 times now, where I think I have money left in my account for the weekend and they just take it early. Phoned the call centre and spoke to Palesa (amongst others) and was told that repaying the money would take 48 hours to do. (yet they are able to pay out a new loan on the same day??)
I find this completely unacceptable.
Please beware of this so-called "credit provider" - they take money from you when you need it most with no regard to the consequences.
