FNB at it again

I am trying to change my debit order dates from one date to another due to a VERY PERSONAL reason and they outwardly refuse to listen to my story or explanation. This is one thing that I would like to have done to help me and BEFORE the 25th. If you give me a call then I will gladly explain to you.
