Keep your promises

You spend so much money on advertising on getting clients to move to FNB. Perhaps you should spend as much time and money on actually getting the process right. I started the process over a month ago to ensure time for everything to be done correctly. However I have been driving this process, phoning you and telling you where you are dropping the ball. Spending my time running around doing YOUR work. Well now its time for me to start using my account and guess what I HAVE NO CARDS. I cannot access any of my funds. Surely someone should have picked this up before I had to raise the alarm bells. And NO, I am not going to run around getting myself and temp card to once again fix your mistakes. Get this right NOW!!!
