I have a personal loan with fnb and according to the loan agreement my payday and debit order date is on the 25th of each month. However they have been debiting my account prior to this date causing in some instances for the amount to bounce and in others actually the last money for the month out of my account leaving me peniless for the last 2 days of the month before I get paid!! FNB is NOT authorised to debit my account on the 23rd and when I called to query it I was told that unformtunantly if the 25th is on a Sunday they take there money the Friday prior to the 25th and that is the way there system is programmed, there is nothing they can do about that! WHAT!!!??? Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they are ALL in a "meeting"... REALLY?? Was left on hold for 20 min before I eventually hung up. FNB... shame on you!!
