Capitec bank's stupid service when it comes to debit order payments is busy messing my credit rating because they cannot update their system properly and accurately. I informed them in August last year of the change in my payday and they updated their system and for Sept -Nov payment went through on the right date and I can understand why it went through early in Dec because it was a short month. Now in Jan they started with a phone call way before the 25th and the lady actually picked up that she was phoning about a payment that did not go through on the 17th when in fact it should only go through on the 25th, she apologised for it. On the 24th they sent a reminder to me for the payment going through on the 25th but still on that day nothing went through and so early the next week I emailed their customer services and they promised me that my complaint was sent to the branch. Up to now nothing's happened instead I keep receiving calls from their collections dept if I'm not mistaken for an overdue payment and apparently on their side it shows a different date. I am not happy about this and I refuse to pay a single cent more because of their incompetence.
