On the 11/12/2012 my family relocated to Port Elizabeth from Durban and Stuttafords Van Lines delivered my goods on the 15/12/2012, which was a few days later. During the delivery process my some of my goods were damaged and I filled in a claim form in the first week of January 2013. I was contacted by Megan Young of Tray International who are the insurance company. On the 23/1/2013 I received a settlement proposal from Tray International and Megan informed me that the insurance will settle within 10 days after I submit the signed settlement proposal, which I done in January. It is now the end of March 2013, and to date, I have not received my settlement claim. I have sent a few emails and I have telephoned the company on numerous occassions and have had no response. The answering machine seems to be Tray International's customer service.
