7 months of Sheer Frustration

I bought a 400litre bottom freezer fridge. Last year in September 2012 one of the tray holders/roller in the freezer fell from the wall and on opening the freezer door and pulling out out the tray, it then fell as there was no support, and the tray cracked and broke. I reported the matter to customer service on 1 October 2012 (Ref 7111743801) and a technician was dispatched and replaced the roller/holder only. I asked for the tray to be replaced because it had broken because of no fault of mine. The customer service centre agreed and sent the same technician in January. He came and replaced the wrong tray (the one which sits at the bottom of the freezer) despite him being told and seeing for himself that it was the wrong tray. I immediately called the centre to advise them (Tsepiso) and was told that the mistake would be rectified. I was given service order number (429886495). After that I called several times and the latest is today when I spoke to a lady called Lebogang. For 7 months I have been trying to have this fixed but noone seems to care. I cant believe that Samsung would allow such incompetence to tarnish their brand name. Its just unbelievable!
