Poor service

I had a car accident on 31st December 2012, this affected the exhaust pipe, oil parts and wheels, as a result the car had to be towed. I've had my insurance cover with Prime meridian for a couple of months now, which is the highest plan that covers everything. However after 3 months my car is still not fixed, I've been getting the run around from this company, when I've never even missed one payment. After having to call these people everyday, for months, they finally told me last week that they're willing to give me funds to fix the car, however even at that they keep on saying they are finalizing everything, yet were approaching a second week and I'm still waiting for the funds. When I went to look at my car in their storing facility I noticed that my bumper was damaged and the battery, which were all ok after I had the accident. I currently don't have a car to use to work and as a result this has affected my daily activities. This is the worst service I've ever experienced, I don't understand how this insurance company can take 3-4 months to fix a car. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and at this point I'm definitely switching to another company which provides better service.
