For a number of years I had a store branded Mastercard credit card, which was a Standard Bank card with store branding. Last year that partnership apparently terminated and Standard Bank mailed me to say they would be issuing me with a Bluebean card instead. I have never however received this card, despite repeated promises. I've dealt with two branches and a call centre, to no avail.

Still waiting.
