Poor service after requesting feedback weeks ago

I made a call to the call centre requesting banking details... There seems to have been a problem in the details received and neither the call centre manageress nor the bank manager have been of any assistance in rectifying the matter... Have been to the bank on two ocasions and 6 or 8 weeks later still left unhappy...
