I applied for a loan on 16 March 2013 and was told I will receive a call from an agent to finalise the loan. I called on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Nicole and Shilom or whatever his name is promised me someone will call me back in 5 minutes time with no luck at all!!! I have been told that a manager will call me but guess what it might probably take him a few days as well.

I have requested that someone call me on a specific number between 10:30 and 11:00 but no they call me on a different number and after 13:00. The service I receive is disgusting!!! You guys are worse than MTN and Multichoice call centres. I am in the customer service industry myself and I must say, customer expectation was not met at all.

I am shocked due to the fact that you always promote excellent service, you should change it. No one can give me an answer as to why no one has contacted me yet?

I hope I do not wait a few days for a response.
