I filled in an online app reguarding a personal loan with call direct by direct axis, I have other loans with them and all I received terrible feedback I call in to complete my app and da lady said she will call back but its been 3 days and still noone called direct axis goes against there word of instant approvals coz once u apply they sometimes call back otherwise u have to call them it is terrible to receive such horrible service from such a well known company, we apply for loans and yet they makeus wait 48 hours sometimes we getno feedback unless I call them
