Slow Complicated and Bad Service, SIL. Digusting

I had an accident on 04 March 2013. My claim was assigned to Sibusiso Masumpa. An ivestigator was sent to question me on the details of the accident on the 11 march, he sent me an sms on 14 march indicating that he has concluded his investigation. On 15 March after several unseccessful calls I finally succeed to get Masumpa on the phone and he informed me that he's waiting fort he " final assessment". A hired car was arranged for me to collect on 16 March and return on 29March. My problem is that I need to know the status of my claim and it is EXTREMELY difficult to get hold of Masumpa his phone is either engaged or ringing forever i wrote him an email 3 days ago to update me on the status i recieved no reply. Foe the past 4 days ive been phoning at least 6 times a day at some point redailing continuously for at least 30min the either engaged or ringing. I called a different number 0860109459 i found a sympathetic lady who recocnised my voice from previous calls and she was suprised that Sibusiso has still not come back to me. She promised to write an email to Sibusiso and his supervisor Heinrich to get back to me. 3 hours later nothing happend. called same promise and stil waitng
