No contact and problem still not solved

I refer to my complaint of 9 March where I appear to have a duplicated customer profile. Miche Smith from your Helderberg Branch was supposed to sort this out last week already and I have heard nothing more. Please have her regional manager call me so we can get this rectified once and for all.
