When I took the policy I was told that FSP Solution takes 3 to 10 days to process the claim. I registered my claim on the 28th March 2013 and took the car for assessment on 05 April 2013.
As from 08 April 2013 I have made numerous calls (infact I phone almost everyday) to find out about the status of the claim and the response I have received from the person who is dealing with my claim (Gael) is that he will forward the claim for authorisation to his manager.
I have been phoning Gael for the past two weeks and was told his line is busy, the lady took my number and said she will ask him to phone me back, and he has not returned my calls.
I need to be updated about the progress of my claim.
