Prolonged Insurance Claim with Stansure

My vehicle was on the 21/12/12, I contacted Stansure insurance. They allocated Sibusiso Masumpa to deal with my claim. According to my policy I pay an additional charge every month so that if anything would happen stansure would issue me with a hired car. I had to call a few times before they actually processed & gave me a car 3days later. No feedback ever received as to how the claim will be dealt with. I then finally got an assessor to come out & complied all documents for him to collect. There after we got no feedback for weeks, until I called & spoke to Sibusiso & who had no explanation as to how far my claim was, all he would say is the claim is with the committee. I then requested my children to assist me with the claim. They then called Sibusiso on numerous occasions & he still gives no clarity and refused to transfer the call to his suerior. we then Quanita Peters, Heindric Sauls, Rihanna olga and Yolanda and still we received no clarity after all our calls for the last 6 weeks. Considering I have my policy with them for the last 18 years I am disgutsted with the patheic service I received from Stansure!
