TUMI WOULD SETTLE MY PROBLEM ON THE 19/02/2013

Tumi phoned me asking why i went to HOLLOPETER. I explained my problem. She said the following to me.
" THE COVERSATION KNOW IS RECORDED FOR SECURITY AND THE AGREEMENT WE ARE MAKING NOW. I WILL FIX YOUR PROBLEM TODAY. FAX ME THE TRANSMITION REPORT AND YOUR LETTER OF CANCELLING THE CREDIT LIVE INSURANCE.

I did the following:- FAX:- 19/02/2013 15:05, SER. A1J63377, FAX NO:-0118585324, DURATION:- 00:00:47, PAGE:- 3, RESULT:- OK, MODE:-STANDARD ECM.

THE SAME HAPPENING TODAY!! HER (TUMI) NO:- 011 8585324
.
THE AMOUNT OF R 744-05 ON THE 15/02/2013 AND TODAY R 744-05 AGAIN!!
