I ordered a R300 bottle of port off the eBucks website and they delivered a R50 bottle of red wine. I sent a complaint email to them with no response. 2 days later I sent another email and got a response saying the case had been escalated and I would get a response within 48 hours, this was over a week ago. I sent another email 2 days ago saying I will be cancelling my account due to this lack of service with no response.
