3 Months later still no ebucks card

Firstly let me say I'm deeply disappointed with FNB & Ebucks for the lack of response. I made contact with both organizations multiple times where they kept sending me from pillar to post with no resolution. To make things even worse I contacted the useless ebucks call centre and the chap who I spoke to had no idea what I was saying and told me, I needed to wait ANOTHER 21 DAYS FOR THE CARD TO BE DELIVERED AFTER WAITING 3 MONTHS ALREADY. Its pathetic to say the least. YOU CAN TAKE YOUR EBUCKS AND SHOVE IT UP YOUR!!! Thanks for nothing...
