I submitted a quote online for a cheaper car insurance and was contacted by Edward at 11-30 on March 20 2013
he asked me the basic quests and gave me a amount that was ridiculuos, over R185 more than my current premium with dial direct, so i asked abot the prom they advertise and he said he will put me through to promotions and guess what the call is cut... why coz Mr edward cut it, then i recieve a sms about this promo and a unique pin but no email was sent to my mail add like the sms says... so now i see the big picture they are a to draw clients and honestly dont even attempt to call them again... i am sending a mail to east coast radio aswel that they advertising a from outsurance who dont pay R400 if cant beat the premium... DIAL DIRECT WILL BEAT YOU TOSSERS ANYDAY!!
