Once again this morning I got to the store at 09:10 to pay my account and they were closed still.
Upon asking the security at the door, lady with a brown curls, when you guys opening. She shouts "NOW"??
That never happened, I then started knocking on the door as I need to get to work myself.
The doors opened by 09:15, guess what, the cashier's were still filling their tills. My goodness where is the manager's then?? I must say this is the third time experiencing this at this store.
All the other stores in the centre were open accept Jet's, this is totally un acceptable.
This is not customer service and please retrain your staff on how to deal with customer's as their attitudes stink.
I do not want feedback or a call from the manager but as to what steps would be taken to improve their customer service.
I will visit them once again and this time I will take the matter even higher if I still receive poor service.
I'm tired of slow staff that has stinking attitudes.
