I visited the Total Service Station South Bound on Saturday adn saw an advert from a pamphlet for a liqui fruit juice and pringle chips for R14.90. I picked this up and went to the counter to pay only to be told by the cashier that they are no longer runnign the promotion as the incorrectly priced the items. This is false advertising and no where did they apologies for the error nor did they remove the pamphlets of promotional material. The stand in refused to give the item at the advertised price and firstly does not know how to handle customers. he was shouting at the cashier which was not her fault. Did not have his name badge put on the right side until i requested. Was no manager on duty. Did not have a phone to call his manager. nor was the manager available on cell phone when i tried to call him. the staff did not remove the advertsing nor did they correct the fales advertising. I found this so sad that a reputable company like Total will falsely advertise or not anticipiate the promotional potential in advance. Sikhumbuzo Mngoma need to go for training and Ahmed the Manager needs to be available when there store needs him.
