I seen ad AD on TV about outsurance and that they would pay R400 if they couldn't beat
my current insurance premium so I decided to give it a try, if they could beat my premium then I
would save some money if not I would get R400. I SMSd 400 to 44509, received a call from an agent
who COULDN'T beat my current premium. I was told that I would receive an SMS with a link and instructions.
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SMS!!!
WHY ADVERTISE ON NATIONAL TV AND RADIO IF YOU CANNOT STICK TO WHAT YOU
ADVERTISING???
