2 weeks, 4 calls. no response

I would like to increase my Business Cheque accounts Over draft. 4 calls has been loggend. 3 calls was for a business banker operator to call me back the 4th one was for the overdraft and the response that i got is that they will call me. Still waiting!!! Cant get hold of my personal banker at the Branch as they have changed their telephone system and you cant get hold of anyone at the Branch! Great, this is how the bank that Makes R3000 out of me offers me service.
