Bad Service and Attitude

I've applied for a speedpoint terminal for my business over 3 weeks ago and still not received it.
When you call the business banker at your branch, he makes promises of calling you back but does not.
You call a business banker, from the FNB web page contacts, and he gives you the run-around as well.
You speak to merchant services themselves and you also get exuses of staff not being available.
Better still, this is the second complaint I am writing as I have still not received any feedback from my first hellopeter complant!
