Fourways Branch Personal Banker Call Me!!!

I began calling Standard Bank at 09h00 this morning. All I wanted was to speak to my personal banker at the Fourways Branch. It is now 09h55 and I have phoned the call centre 6 times, I have been cut off, I have been put through to an unanswered ringing phone, I have had the call centre agent hold on until the phone was answered, I have had a supervisor hold on the phone with me for 10 minutes (still holding).

I was also made to hold while the supervisor gave me his long opinion on why he can't put me through and how frustrated he is with his job. He has finally got hold of Innocentia who is now looking for a pen to take down my details. She thinks it is amusing that it has taken me an hour of my cellphone airtime and even laughed. I am now hoping my personal banker will call me back but Innocentia seems to think I will be waiting a looong time. Call me. Your service is appalling.
