I am really so sick of complaining but I will nto stop until someome does the job they are paid to do and what I pay for to begin with. The Forex payment option on FNB's wesbite has not been working since last week so how am I suposed to pay my suppliers? Go into the branch is what they tell me, no I will not drive 60km and stand in a cue for 2 hours to do something I can do faster from home. My statements and incontact is going to email addresses I changed a years ago and somehow is going to those addresses again, i didn't change it, aever time they want to me to sign new forms, read my message -I AM NOT SIGNING MORE FORMS!!! FIX YOUR!!!
