On the 4th of January 2013, I made a request for my car to be serviced at VW Hatfield Braamfontein.
The car was serviced after an agreement was made between Mr. Rene Badorrek and a representative of
Liquor Capital, that I (Sibusiso Xorile) shall pay for the car being serviced and Liquid Capital shall then reimburse me, the
total amount of R 1688.75 which it costs for the car being serviced.
After more than 10 e-mails being exchanged between me and a Mr. David Moshibe and a Miss Onke M,
the last response i got was that the matter has been escalated to a Department that will initiate the refund.
That was on the 17/01/2013...
More than a month later I still await a simple yet finalizing response.
Any form of response will be appreciate
