I decided to move to another bank last year due to Nedbanks bad service that i had been receiving, the inconvenience and pure incompetence of the bank i moved to a better bank.
the consultant at their Vaal Mall did not even bother to tell me as their "valued customer" the procedure when i went to cancel my debit orders with them and when i blatantly told her i will not be making use of their bank any longer.
few months down the line i am now being sent text messages (how professional) from them that my account has been handed over to attorneys, could they not see after the month and after my bank contacted them to switch my debit orders that i will no longer be making use of them? i am absolutely disgusted by this bank's tactics of swindling money out of customers and if this is they way they try to keep customers then they are more ridiculous than i thought.
they have not even contacted me and let me speak to a person who actually knows what they are doing everyone there is "escalating" the matter.
thanks NEDBANK for showing me that i made the absolutely right choice by leaving that joke of a bank and banking with people do not use false advertising and know their jobs!
