I had a breakdown on sunday evening, and spoke to Themba who sent 1st Road to assist with the towing, I was made to pay R150 as delivery point over 30kms. I argued that the distance but was told to pay that amount. I paid as I was desperate. I just googled the distance from point of breakdown to my house and it's 35, 5kms. And when i spoke to tow driver he said he was given a different suburb further on than the actual delivey. I just called the roadside assist now and spoke to Olga who said there shouldn't have been any charge regardless of the distance. She was to put me through to the call-centre and was kept on hold for what seemed like a lifetime. To cut the story short I would like my R150 to be re-imbursed to me as a matter of urgency. I really don't appreciate incompetent advisor who are unsure of what the procedure is, this post was typed while I was put on hold for someone to assist me. UNACCEPTABLE
