I was contacted by Anneline who is the transferring attorneys on the sellers side on the 21st of February 2013 informing me that she have a bit of bad news for me and that due to the seller at 38 Rosewood Drive, Colorado Park's bond cancellation attorney she will not be able to lodge due to an amendment required by the Sellers bond registration attorneys. At the time I was fine with the error that has been made, when I asked her what would be the worst case scenario for registration of bond she confirmed that it would be the end of March 2013 .
On the 13th of March 2013 I received an e-mail from Remax indicating that the transaction was ready for lodgement on the 13th of February 2013 . On the 19th of March 2013 I contacted Anneline confirming progress, I was informed by her that the matter was not lodged due to FICA Documentation required by the Seller's linked transaction, however did confirm that the documentation will couriered on the same day.
I understand that the error is not with the transferring attorney but I cannot understand why the bond cancellation attorneys took nearly 3 months to request FICA from Jason Freel attorney's offices. I would not have mind wai
